Enquiries

The enquiry form on this website does not send data to our servers. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it. When you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and message only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage our business relationship.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your language choice locally so that the site remembers it. This information stays on your device.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers to download them, which shares your IP address with Google.
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps. It only loads when you click to show it.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operation.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer it and to meet our legal obligations, such as commercial record keeping.
